Finished the House Bartram Militia, skirmishers, commander & his champions.

The Militia are actually Baccus 6mm Saxon Fyrd. A little early for the period we're doing (late 12th/early 13th century), but work well for a poorly equipped militia. The javelin armed skirmishers are also Baccus, from their Republican Roman range. The Velites seemed suitable for a northern tribal band of scouts/skirmishers. Champions & commander are from the Crusaders range - Frankish personalities!

Been away a bit lately on holiday, so not much painting done, but I finished the AWI Hessians...

Ive also been busy painting some 6mm medievals for a friends ImagiNation force.

Then, there is a little job I've been meaning to do for some time... finish Henry's 15mm DBA camp. It is Baueda's Medieval Fortified Camp!

Work is still progressing with my other jobs/projects, but more of them later :-)

I have been busy holidaying recently - it's very tiring work, this taking it easy lark!

However, I have managed to finish painting some 10mm AWI Hessians for a friend.

These are reinforcements as such - he already has two musketeer units, each six bases strong... these are just extra bases to bring them up to fighting strength. Each unit will by 12 bases in total - that's 12" long!!!

I think I need to paint some more Americans...
